Job Summary

We are seeking Process Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be directly involved in operating the plating processes in our Poway manufacturing operation. This will include implementing the safe, efficient and effective operation of the plating processes, chemical bath make-up and replenishment, automated equipment operation and movement of customer components through the processes. In this role you will develop specific expertise in one or more manufacturing processes and take responsibility for the reliable maintenance and operation of the process through a variety of procedures and methods.

Responsibilities

Learning and practicing safe operation of manufacturing processes

Chemical handling and process equipment maintenance

Implementing production processing of customer orders according to procedures and specifications

Maintaining a clean and organized manufacturing area

Becoming familiar with customer products and how to verify effective processing

Qualifications

A technical Associates or Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Ability to follow procedures

Manual dexterity and an ability to learn and execute safe chemical handling procedures

Well organized

Reliability

Availability to work overtime when necessary
