We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Processor to join our team. The Mortgage Processor Vendor Specialist will be responsible for processing and managing mortgage loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations. A little about Lend-A-Loan • Top 1% Mortgage Broker in the country • Top UWM partner • Average CTC of 11 days • Licensed in 29 states Responsibilities: • Assist our Processing Team as a Vendor Specialist • Ordering Homeowners Insurance (HOIs) • Coordinating appraisals • Requesting payoffs • Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters to obtain any missing or additional documentation • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies Qualifications: • Superb analytical skills, time management skills, and attention to detail • High school diploma or GED required - Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills • Previous experience as a Mortgage Processor or Mortgage Operations is preferred • Previous experience and knowledge navigating through UWM and other lenders' portals is a plus • Previous experience with Salesforce is a plus • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex financial information • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Compensation: $18.50 - $21.50 hourly
