About Us Francis Construction Group is a dynamic and growing construction firm specializing in high-quality commercial and residential projects. We are looking for a Procurement Bid Coordinator to support our estimating team by tracking bid opportunities, maintaining contractor relationships, and ensuring we stay competitive in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update a list of all projects we are bidding.

Track bid opportunities with both existing and new clients to expand our pipeline of work.

Proactively reach out to General Contractors (GCs) to build and strengthen relationships.

Identify, research, and follow up on new bidding opportunities.

Follow up on submitted bids to determine status and gather feedback on pricing competitiveness.

Attend pre-bid conferences and must be comfortable engaging with stakeholders in these settings.

Represent the company at opportunity fairs, networking events, and industry functions to connect with potential clients and partners.

Assist the estimating team by organizing bid documents, tracking deadlines, and ensuring subcontractors are engaged.

Maintain communication with subcontractors and suppliers to confirm participation in bids.

Support pre-qualification efforts and ensure required documentation is up to date.

Keep detailed records of bid results, including competitor pricing insights.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Comfortable attending and participating in pre-bid conferences and industry

networking events.

Previous experience in construction, procurement, estimating, or subcontractor

coordination is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with construction

bidding platforms is a bonus.
