    Job Description

    This individual contributor position will lead and support Contract Management across all enterprise functions. As a Specialist – Procurement Shared Services, you will serve as the central point of contact and key driver of Supplier Supply Agreements, Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work Agreements within the Enablement Team. Additionally, you will act as the Procurement Shared Services team liaison for the supplier contract processes, contract reviews, contract approvals and contract signatures. In this role, there will be a heavy focus on building advocacy across the organization, building trust amongst peers, and influencing others to properly engage with the Procurement Shared Services Team.

    ** Contract Management**

    • Collaborate with the Strategic Sourcing team to develop a process map for notification on identifying when a contract is ready to be sent for Legal and Finance review.
    • Ensure all contracts workspaces have the relevant supporting documents attached prior to routing for approval/signature.
    • Ensure that the contracts are properly reviewed, approved, and executed according to the company’s Schedule of Authorization (SOA).
    • Effectively manage pipeline of work including tracking status of reviews, providing proactive updates to stakeholders, timely follow up internal and external stakeholders.
    • Administer, develop and update (working with Legal and other key internal stakeholders), standard supplier contract templates, including Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, NDAs, and other forms of supplier agreements.
    • Collaborate with the Strategic Sourcing team to help facilitate RFI/RFP communication with potential Suppliers.
    • Collaborate with the Strategic Sourcing team to send out the RFI documents to the selected Suppliers, monitor their responses, and follow up with any clarifications or reminders, as needed.
    • Collaborate with the Strategic Sourcing team to evaluate and analyze responses from the Suppliers, complete out the scorecard template, and ensure Suppliers meet the requirements and expectations.
    • Develop and maintain contract templates, training materials on contracting, confidentiality, company policies, and standard operating procedures for contracting processes
    • Support the continuous improvement of contract templates and processes impacting Legal and internal stakeholders
    • Responsible for contract consolidation, management, and retention of all contracts per company policy
    • Keen ability in influencing various levels of leadership, building trusting relationships, and guiding stakeholders in decision making.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.

    • Min 2 – 4 years of experience with exposure in the Procurement/Supply Chain space, with experience supporting various enterprise functions such as IT, Marketing, Finance, International, Operations, and HR.

    • Ability to drive purpose and commitment to the direction chosen.

    • Ability to develop and manage internal and external relationships.

    • Expert project management, time management, organizational and influence skills.

    • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders across different departments and locations.

    • Knowledge and experience with contract management systems (experience working in DocuSign is a plus).

    • Strong oral/written communication skills, attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work output

    • Proven ability to make independent decisions with minimal supervision, quickly assess new technologies and identify applications, manage complex issues concurrently and work under strict deadlines and in a rapidly changing environment.
