Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Wonderful Scholar for a full-time summer internship. In this position, you will gain hands on professional experience and learn how the department runs.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Review and improve reporting tools to better forecast.
• Update inventory items with latest pictures for fleet parts.
• Source MISC projects & needs from internal customers.
• Forecasting & inventory management.
• Internal customer service.
• Track orders, deliveries, and invoices.
• Address discrepancies.
• Obtain quotes and compare costs.
• Process purchase orders.
• Assist with general administration duties.
• Maintain electronica and manual filing systems.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Must be a Wonderful Scholar in Sophomore, Junior, or senior year of college.
• Ag Business major or related field preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.

SPECIFIC KNOWELDGE, AND SKILLS:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-directed and able to work autonomously.
• Energetic and able to tackle new projects and ideas.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.

- Pay rate: $18.50/hr.
