As the Procurement Manager, you’ll take the lead in managing indirect spend, packaging, and MRO, across all U.S. sites. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely planning and purchasing of raw materials and packaging to support production schedules, contributing directly to the success of multiple U.S. facilities.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Experience leading the strategic sourcing process to drive cost-effective procurement while minimizing supply chain risks.
    • Experience analyzing and leveraging indirect spend data across multiple sites to optimize efficiencies and build scale within the organization.
    • Experience negotiating contracts, ensuring the highest value at the lowest cost for the company.
    • Experience fostering and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Logistics to ensure a smooth and efficient procurement process that meets production needs.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in a purchasing (direct/indirect spend) function 
    • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in raw material procurement, with a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and vendor management.
    • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing sourcing strategies across multiple sites, driving consistency, cost savings, and process improvements.
