    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**

    Recruitment and Enrollment

    • Aid all outreach and student recruitment efforts, including grassroots canvassing in local neighborhoods, staffing tables at community events, and researching and engaging with community organizations to drive recruitment.
    • Supports logistics and executes enrollment events, such as in-person and virtual tours, open houses, and enrollment days.
    • Work closely with the Recruitment, Enrollment, and Family Partnership team to ensure quality customer service for incoming and current families regarding the registration process, intent to return, and family engagement events.
    • Support enrollment efforts by calling interested families and assisting families with the enrollment process.
    • Tracking and maintaining student recruitment and enrollment data to drive strategy.

    Family Partnership

    • Assist with parent and staff communication to support recruitment, attendance, and retention efforts.
    • Facilitate family engagement initiatives on campus, including the Family Ambassador Program and parent teacher groups.
    • Provide a welcoming environment for our families and visitors.
    • Help coordinate family engagement events, including but not limited to orientation, Pre-K night, parent-teacher conferences, and more.

    • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.

    • Expert-level written and oral communication skills.

    • Demonstrated initiative and skills in the following areas: relationship and community building, stakeholder engagement, cultural competence, communication, conflict resolution, creativity, problem-solving, decision-making, and time management.

    • Excellent organization skills and consistency in meeting deadlines.

    • Demonstrated flexibility and experience in effectively solving challenging problems through a positive, collaborative approach.

    • Entrepreneurial outlook and commitment to Prodeo Academy's mission.

    • Familiarity with digital media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

    • Experience with database management and comfort with Office Suite or Google App Suite.

    • Strong preference is given to candidates with Somali, Karen, and/or Kayah language skills.

    QUALIFICATIONS**

    • A bachelor's or associate's degree
    • 1 to 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced office or educational environment, working with students, parents, and the community.
    • Experience in executing complex project logistics with a track record of strong results.
    • Strong attention to detail and desire to provide high-quality service.

    COMPENSATION
    Salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. The base salary starts at $45K, with additional compensation based on experience and goal achievement.
