The primary responsibilities of an AT&T Customer Service Representative revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with clients, and persuade customers to purchase products in the cellular, internet, and television industries within a retail environment. With that in mind, this position does involve sales and Prodigy Acquisitions trains all new employees to possess such skills. RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Work comfortably in a retail environment
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Ability to network
• Build relationships
• Being knowledgable in the sales process
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is preferred but not required
• High school diploma
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
