Our Philadelphia-based wholesale produce distribution company is looking to hire a responsible and reliable night time warehouse manager to organize orders, manage warehouse staff, and keep the warehouse organized throughout the shift.

General duties include: Organizing orders and delivery zones. Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment, monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees. Communicate with the other mangers and departments to ensure products are quality checked, and orders are being updated to what products are needed to be order for fulfill requests.

Job Qualifications/Requirements:

Pass pre-employment background check

Previous management skills

Ability to move and lift product (up to 50lbs. repeatedly) without assistance.

Knowledge of food items for quality assurance

Available for PM shift ( 5pm-2am) shifts, Holidays and weekends a must.

Knowledge and Experience with: Hand Trucks, Palate Jake, and Pump Jake

Bi Lingual (Spanish) is a plus
