    We are seeking ambitious and highly motivated Sales Professionals to join our growing team of Insurance Sales Producers.

This role involves extensive cold calling and outreach to develop new business opportunities and grow your portfolio.     Job Responsibilities As a BoMont Insurance Sales Producer, you will leverage your local networks and relationships to prospect for new clients. Additionally, this position requires high-volume cold calling to uncover new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline. Your role will be critical to our success across all lines of business—commercial, employee benefits, and specialty coverages.     Key responsibilities include:

    Making consistent cold calls and outbound sales efforts to identify and qualify prospects using our premium technology

    Generating new business through networking, referrals, and cold outreach

    Maximizing growth and client retention by delivering exceptional customer service

    Developing accounts and cross-selling additional products and services

    Preparing and presenting tailored insurance solutions to prospective clients

    Driving new business to closure while fostering long-term client relationships

    Retaining existing clients and cultivating trusted partnerships

    Job Requirements We’re seeking proactive, self-motivated professionals who excel at building business relationships. Confidence, resilience, and a willingness to make high-volume cold calls daily are critical for success in this role. BoMont will provide the resources and guidance to help you thrive in this environment.

    Key qualifications:

    3+ years of business-to-business sales experience (insurance sales preferred)

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

    Ability to secure required state licensing within 90 days of hire

    Existing insurance licensure or industry designations preferred

    Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills

    Confidence in cold calling and initiating contact with prospects

    Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadline
