    CereCore is a healthcare solutions provider that specializes in offering IT services, workforce management, and operational support to healthcare organizations. They focus on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare systems through various solutions, including electronic health record (EHR) support, IT staffing, and consulting services.

    Position Summary:
    This position will be supporting the MEDITECH Expanse Automation program efforts in support of HCA Healthcare’s implementation of Expanse as its new electronic health record (EHR). This role will work in partnership with a team of analysts and developers to support the operations of existing data products, and the adoption of new use cases and initiatives.

    This role requires strong communication skills and situational confidence. It must also display executive presence, confidence, and critical thinking. This position requires the development of relationships with stakeholders, including IT leaders and other professionals.

    The ideal candidate would have a strong SQL background.

    Responsibilities:

    • Establishes and maintains strong relationships with HCA’s Information Technology Group (ITG) leadership, Capability Owners, Business Owners, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Information Protection, Finance & Administration, and vendors to mature the application portfolio management content.
    • Communicates with end users and other stakeholders through multiple channels.
    • Holds Enterprise accountable for following defined processes to ensure effectiveness and compliance, and escalates when variances are identified
    • Responsible for participating and advising on the process workflow for the enterprise
    • Supports audit-related inquiries.
