    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Product Assembler with expertise in soldering to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling high-quality products by performing precise soldering tasks and ensuring the accuracy and quality of finished assemblies. This role requires a strong attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform soldering and assembling tasks as per company specifications.
    • Assemble and test products to ensure that all parts are correctly installed, connected, and functional.
    • Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and functionality, adjusting as necessary.
    • Document production processes and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
    • Follow strict safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including tools and equipment.
    • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry standards and technologies.

    Qualifications:

    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (U.S. work papers required).

    • Proven experience in soldering and electronic assembly.

    • Proficiency in using soldering tools and equipment, including soldering irons and soldering stations.

    • Prior experience working in a manufacturing or production setting.

    • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and assembly instructions.

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications in electronics or related fields is a plus.

    • Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    • Good communication skills and problem-solving ability.

    • Knowledge of IPC standards is a plus.
