Job Purpose: To develop and provide pricing for products that achieve customers’ needs and objectives to bring new products to the marketplace.

Job Description: Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 Market research and analysis to identify trends in the industry and ensure ingredients are safe for use or consumption.

 Creation and review of both formulas and costings.

 Collaboration and communication with Account Managers and customers to ensure development of products that reach their target, including appropriate packaging type and fill for efficient production.

 Sourcing of new raw materials, gathering necessary documentation and coordinating associated paperwork.

 Issuance of sample build assemblies.

 Reviewing label graphics for formulation accuracy and compliance with standards in the marketplace.

This role reports to the Senior Product Developer and Formulator.
