Position: Product Engineer

Scope: This role will support product development, commercialization, and manufacturing improvements. It requires a focus on meeting customer needs and the ability to work well with teams, customers, and manufacturing partners.

Responsibilities:

• Support material, process, and product development projects. These projects will range from concept development through commercialization and could include manufacturing support.
• Conduct root cause analysis on production issues and implement corrective actions to maintain product quality.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet regulatory and quality standards before mass production.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physical science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in metallurgical engineering to improve process and product quality.
• Strong customer facing communication skills in technical and business settings.
