    • Quarterly Bonuses + Profit Sharing – You’ll see the results of your impact.
    • Team-Oriented Office Culture – Collaborative, supportive, and fun.
    • Training from Day One – Plus continuous learning opportunities.
    • Outstanding Benefits – Medical, dental, life, 401k, tuition reimbursement.
    • On-Campus Gym + Free Snacks – Stay fueled and fit without leaving work.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Become the technical expert on a product line of industrial wire, cable, tools, and wiring solutions.
    • Evaluate, test, and launch new products.
    • Own the full product lifecycle—improve quality, reduce cost, support training and documentation.
    • Collaborate with product managers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to grow your product line.
    • Solve real-world problems in control systems and automation with innovative, customer-first solutions.

    What You Bring:

    • Technical education (preferably a BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) or 10+ years of relevant experience.
    • 7+ years in industrial controls or automation—experience with PLCs, sensors, connectors, wiring tools, or related products is a big plus.
    • Knowledge of regulatory standards (UL, CE, RoHS) is highly valued.
    • CAD experience (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) a plus.
    • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.

This is your opportunity to move beyond the grind and step into a role where your expertise is valued, your ideas make an impact, and your schedule works for you.

Apply today and take ownership of your career in a role where engineering meets opportunity.
