    Sansom Staffing has partnered with a global manufacturer of sensor, fieldbus, and connectivity and efficient solutions for factory and process automation recruiting for a Product Lifecycle Engineer Lead.  As the Product Lifecycle Engineering Lead, you will perform functions and define processes to support operations for active products throughout their entire lifecycle. You will support operations with product FFF (Form, Fit, Function) and manufacturing process improvements, end-to-end product lifecycle support, product design and process optimizations, the realization of efficiency gains, and reduction of mean time to resolution (MTTR).

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Technical product responsibility for active products.
    • Technical analysis of faulty production products and development of solution approaches.
    • Coordination of product modifications affecting multiple sites and products, from planning to implementation.
    • Delivery of product training to pass on product knowledge to internal stakeholders.
    • Continuous improvement of the process organization and development of quality- and productivity-enhancing standards.

       

      Minimum Qualifications:

      The job requires a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or equivalent and more than 7 years of professional experience. They are required to have at least four years of experience was utilized and deepened/broadened expertise in practice. The ideal candidate will be highly competent in mechanical and electromechanical systems/assemblies design, product evaluation, and manufacturing. Other desired skills include being self-motivated, detail-oriented, team-focused, and having strong people skills.

       

      Experience with supporting of processes/guidelines/standards for operations is required. LSSBB certification is desired. Performance manager experience is desired. Experience in product development is desired.

    $117,000-$131,000 per year
