We are seeking a Senior Level Product Manager to develop and lead our Product Management Strategy. In this role, you will work closely with our clients, interacting directly with them to understand their requirements, consult on best practices, and design and construct innovative solutions to address their technical challenges. This role requires excellent teamwork and the ability to work independently, often interfacing directly with the customer.
While the position primarily operates within a remote virtual environment, occasional travel may be required for on-site engagements. Duties &Responsibilities:
Assess the current state of BTS solutions and services
Conduct a baseline assessment of the solutions and services provided by BTS.
Identify and categorize products within the BTS product portfolio.
Determine Product Delivery Strategy
Develop a BTS product delivery strategy that aligns with the organization's priorities.
Ensure the strategy supports the overall goals of the Sixth District’s digital transformation.
Determine BTS Operating Model for Product Delivery
Recommend the appropriate operating model and team structure for the BTS product portfolio.
Ensure the model supports efficient and effective product delivery.
Drive the Maturity of BTS Product Management
Develop a maturity model for BTS product management.
Define key actions, develop methods, and identify tools to increase the business impact of BTS product management.
Advance the maturity of product management practices within the BTS team.
Create Product Management Roadmap
Collaborate with BTS to deliver a product management roadmap.
Outline the steps necessary to successfully implement the BTS product delivery strategy.
Develop and Execute Communication Plans
Create communication plans in collaboration with BTS.
Generate awareness and provide clarity about the BTS product delivery strategy.
Highlight its role in the Sixth District’s digital transformation.
Incorporate Organization Change Management Principles and Practices
Define milestones and execute associated organization change management plans.
Deliver organization change management plan and associated OCM artifacts to support the BTS product delivery strategy.
Establish Performance Measures
Establish success criteria and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the product delivery strategy.
Provide visibility into the business outcomes delivered by BTS solutions.
Required Skills:
Proven track record in developing and implementing product management strategies.
Strong understanding of organizational change management principles and practices.
