    Job Description

    We are looking for a Product Manager to own and drive product management and marketing activities for Flash Memory products to OEMs across many industries and applications. The ideal candidate will be involved in all aspects of marketing, legal, financial, reporting, logistical, and planning, to drive business for KIOXIA’s products. Collect customer feedback to shape future products and roadmaps, negotiating pricing, and managing any challenges that arise with ingenuity and resolve to help solve them.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain and update financial forecasts for strategic customers with accuracy. Provide regular updates to finance and management teams, highlighting key insights and variances. Conduct forecast-to-forecast comparisons to identify trends, assess performance to budget, and recommend adjustments as needed.
    • Calculate price adjustment accruals accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with financial policies. Coordinate with overseas colleagues to align on adjustment processes and timelines, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration across teams. Maintain detailed documentation of accrual calculations and adjustments for audit purposes.
    • Collaborate closely with colleagues in Japan, KIOXIA overseas companies, Sales, Engineering and other departments to support customer requirements.
    • Contribute to the budgeting and mid-term plan processes.
    • Develop in-depth technical understanding of the products to the extent appropriate in understanding their business implications, to enhance decision making.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree, Business/Marketing/Finance or Equivalent. Plus 5+ years job experience preferred
    • Experience in business development with OEMs.
    • Experienced with NAND Flash or equivalent semiconductor memory products is desired.
    • High standard of accuracy, results orientated, flexibility and openness to change. Ability to work well independently.
    • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment with cross-functional global teams in multiple time zones.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal as well as presentation skills.
    • Create and maintain dynamic spreadsheets, pivot tables and complex formulas for reporting and tracking.
    • Utilize advance Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIF, conditional formatting etc) to manage and analyze large data sets.
    • Perform data analysis to support decision making and provide actionable insights.
    • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various Excel based reports and dashboards.
    • Strong familiarity with PowerPoint.
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Working knowledge of financial reconciliation.
    • Ability to travel 25% of the time both domestically and internationally.
    • Mandatory time in the office a minimum of three days a week.

    The expected salary for this position is $103,026.00 - 169,933.00.
