Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market and application research to identify customer needs and competitive trends.
Engage in voice-of-the-customer (VoC) activities to inform product development and enhancements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with sales channels, integration partners, and key customers.
Champion product strategies through industry interactions and customer engagement.
Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Prioritize key features based on customer feedback, technical roadmaps, and business value.
Collaborate with technology and product teams to develop strategic product roadmaps.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to drive product adoption.
Support sales teams with product knowledge and customer presentations.
Qualifications:
MBA with a technical undergraduate degree.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical business environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables and charts).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent company products professionally.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Enthusiastic about market opportunities and developing solutions through product innovation.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
