    Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to shape the future of MyMcDonald’s Rewards by creating engaging earn experiences that drive deeper participation. This role will focus on expanding how customers earn rewards beyond food purchases—exploring gamification, social incentives, engagement-based mechanics, and third-party partnerships. You will also improve the loyalty onboarding experience, ensuring customers understand the program, recognize its value, and stay motivated to earn rewards. With 150+ million 90-day active users in 50+ markets, we aim to reach 250 million by 2027, making MyMcDonald’s Rewards one of the largest consumer loyalty platforms in the world.

As part of the Global Loyalty & Partnerships Product Team, you will develop scalable capabilities and experiences that can be adopted and enabled by local markets. This includes supporting their needs to configure and customize things like earn structures, point multipliers, and promotions, all while maintaining a consistent global experience. You will be collaborating closely with a world-class team of partners spanning engineering, analytics, marketing, and experience design teams to bring these experiences to life.

If you're passionate about customer experience, behavioral incentives, and loyalty innovation—and want to build digital experiences that engage millions—this role is for you!

Note: The ideal candidate has experience in both B2C and B2B product management and a strong background in loyalty programs. This role reports to the Director, Product Management (Loyalty & Partnerships).

    Key Responsibilities

    • Optimize the customer journey for loyalty onboarding, ensuring a clear, engaging introduction to MyMcDonald's Rewards.
    • Identify and evaluate potential new earning opportunities-such as engagement-based rewards, social incentives, and gamification-assessing feasibility, customer impact, and business value before prioritizing development.
    • Manage the customer experience for points accumulation, including balance tracking, milestone incentives, and engagement nudges.
    • Execute the core product fundamentals: write product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborate with engineers to prioritize sprints and backlog, conduct user testing and gather user insights, and ensure smooth rollouts of features globally and at the market level.
    • Develop data-backed recommendations by analyzing customer behavior, testing engagement levers, and partnering with analytics teams.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Engineering, Customer Engagement, Experience Design, Product Analytics, Restaurant Operations, and Marketing to bring new features to market.
    • Work closely with other Product Managers to ensure earn experiences integrate seamlessly into the broader McDonald's digital ecosystem.
    • Balance execution and strategy, ensuring all new earn experiences are well-researched, supported, and aligned with business goals before they are built.
