Job Description
The Product Manager for Shoring and Scaffolding Products is responsible for managing Doka USA's shoring and scaffolding product portfolio and lifecycle. This includes maximizing the utilization of existing products and supporting the integration of new shoring and scaffolding solutions and revenue streams. Serving as the central hub for product development, expertise, and market introduction, this role entails gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining product vision, and collaborating with sales, engineering, marketing, and support teams to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
The Product Manager will also develop and implement strategies to increase market share for shoring and scaffolding products across defined U.S. regions. This role includes delivering continuous training for Doka USA sales teams, focusing on product knowledge specific to shoring and scaffolding. This includes technical applications, field assembly, features and benefits, competitive comparisons, and providing sales support during customer engagements. This will be a remote position where the ideal candidate will be located in the Houston, TX or Chicago, IL territories, but all interested candidates across the US are encouraged to apply.
