  • Responsibilities

    In the role of Product Marketing Manager at Tungsten Automation, you will drive the strategy and execution of product positioning, messaging, and promotion for our document productivity solutions. You'll develop strategies based on market analysis, buyer journeys, and customer pain points around document processing and management. You'll create compelling content that positions our document productivity offerings across multiple channels.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Messaging and Positioning – Create content highlighting document productivity solutions' value, focusing on automation of document-intensive workflows and improved efficiency
    • Competitive Intelligence – Research and analyze document management market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to build effective positioning
    • Collateral Creation – Develop compelling narratives around document processing automation, creating presentations, webinars, videos, and blogs that demonstrate ROI and business benefits
    • Collaboration – Partner with global teams to drive business outcomes around document productivity solutions
    • Customer Advocacy – Understand document workflow challenges and translate them into effective communications · Sales Enablement – Equip sales teams with tools and messaging focused on document automation benefits
    • Program Management – Manage multiple projects while measuring and analyzing performance metrics

    Other Responsibilities

    • Create campaigns driving pipeline for document productivity solutions
    • Execute tactical initiatives cross-functionally
    • Develop personas focused on document processing stakeholders
    • Analyze campaign performance and optimize accordingly

    Required Skills

    Required Experience

    • 5+ years' experience in a product role or relevant experience
    • Enterprise Software Product Marketing experience required
    • BA/BS required, MBA preferred
    • Understanding of document management, workflow automation, OCR, and document processing technologies a plus
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration ability
    • Strong presentation skills and public speaking confidence

    The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $97,000 - $140,000. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.

  • Qualifications

    Experience/Knowledge:

    • 10 years web press-printing experience.
    • Knowledge of in-line finishing, die cutting, inserters, imagers, color and register.
    • Must have worked in all positions leading up to this position.

    Physical Demands

    • Continuous standing/walking - 8 hrs or more.

    • Occasional repetitive motion with both hands.
    • Ability to see colors.
