Job Description
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the Interior Window Fashions multi-brand product portfolio in the Americas Business Area. With a focus on driving the planning, positioning and launch of products in support of the company’s overall strategy and goals. this regional offer team member will work closely with the global product function, sales, marketing and customer service to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are achieved.
- Market Research and Consumer Insights:
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights about customer needs and preferences.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and new developments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with global product function to ensure product feasibility and alignment with market needs.
- Work with finance to analyze pricing strategies and profitability of products.
- Product Lifecycle:
- Develop the core positioning, pricing, messaging and segmentation for new product launches.
- Work with marketing communications to develop and/or localize effective launch materials.
- Lead product lifecycle management from introduction to discontinuation for Interior Window Fashions products (motors, controls, etc.).
- Oversee product database updates specific to your product perimeter.
- Competitive Analysis:
- Continuously monitor competitor products and marketing strategies to identify market opportunities and threats.
- Work proactively with sales and specification team members to capture market requirements.
- Develop and maintain a competitive product matrix to inform strategic decision-making.
- Sales Enablement:
- Develop tools and resources to support the sales team, such as sales decks and FAQs.
- Work independently and with internal teams to develop and deliver effective training, presentations and product demonstrations.
- Facilitate regular communications with the sales team to align on product updates and promotions.
- Perform product demos and act as the subject matter expert in product line reviews with customers.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance in the market.

- Customer Engagement:
- Establish relationships with key customers and stakeholders to solicit feedback and drive product adoption.
- Participate in trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to promote products and gather market intelligence.
- Budget Management:
- Oversee budgeting for product marketing initiatives and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
- Analyze return on investment for marketing campaigns and product launches.
