    Key Responsibilities:

    • Product Vision & Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate the product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
    • Requirement Gathering & User Stories: Translate complex ideas into clear, actionable user stories and product backlog items. Prioritize these based on business value and customer impact.
    • Agile Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and QA, to deliver high-quality features. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
    • Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, including partners and end-users, ensuring transparency and managing expectations throughout the product lifecycle.
    • Market & User Research: Conduct user research and market analysis to inform product decisions and validate assumptions. Incorporate feedback to continuously enhance the product.
    • Complex Integrations: Manage and facilitate complex integrations with various partners to provide seamless and valuable experiences for end-users.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in B2C mobile applications within the financial sector.
    • Skills: Strong understanding of agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to grasp complex systems and simplify them for various audiences.
    • Tools: Proficient with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) and familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in product management are advantageous. Or equivalent experience.

     

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience with financial applications
    • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
    • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
    • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in mobile applications
    • Certifications in agile methodologies (e.g., CSPO, SAFe)
    • Previous experience in the fintech or banking sector a plus.
