    World Vision is hiring for Product Services Operations Specialist (Print Fulfillment).

    Level: Associate

    Pay: The full range for this full-time, non-exempt/hourly position, is $19.52-$28.32. The typical hiring range is $21- $24/hour.

    Location/Schedule: On-site, MON-FRI, at our USHQ in Federal Way, WA. Normal business hours currently are 7:30 AM – 4 PM.

    Required Experience: HS Diploma/GED required. A minimum of 1 year of work experience in operations, print production, or a related area required. Knowledge of print software preferred.

    02 ****The Job

You’ll process operational production requirements that bring marketing campaigns to life—supporting events and donor engagement opportunities designed to inspire, retain, and grow our donor community. Your work ensures that print and digital solutions are delivered with precision and excellence, enabling our marketing teams to focus on building deeper relationships with donors.

    What you’ll do:

    • Use software and technology to print, convert, and prepare materials, ensuring they’re ready for shipment in support of marketing and fundraising activities.
    • Actively contribute to World Vision’s mission by reflecting Christ in your work and interactions, bringing our Christian values to life through service.
    • Meet quality and delivery standards as you process operational production tasks for digital and print projects that support donor retention and acquisition.
    • Accurate, timely fulfillment of marketing solutions.
    • Assemble, prepare, and manage marketing collateral for mailings, events, and donor campaigns with an eye for detail and efficiency.
    • Keep Christ central in individual and corporate life. Actively participate in and contribute to the spiritual disciplines of the organization (Christian conduct, chapel, prayer, worship, devotions, and leadership of devotions); incorporate WV Core Values into decisions within scope of role.

    Key Performance Objectives (KPOs):

    1. Technical Execution: Consistently meet deadlines for operational production tasks, ensuring materials are prepared and delivered with precision and high-quality standards.
    2. Data Accuracy: Maintain exceptional attention to detail when processing marketing product and collateral data, supporting Chosen events, new product development, and donor engagement efforts.
    3. System Proficiency: Quickly develop a strong command of machinery, tools, and print software to fulfill requests with ease and accuracy.
    4. Collaboration: Build meaningful and productive relationships with marketing and fundraising partners, ensuring their needs are met and donors receive exceptional service.
    5. Innovation & Problem Solving: Regularly identify and suggest practical improvements to workflows, driving efficiency, cost savings, and enhanced retention outcomes.

    In this role, your ability to combine technical expertise with strong relational and problem-solving skills will drive success and contribute to our mission of engaging and retaining donors in impactful ways.

    04 ****Required Experience

    • A high school diploma or GED is required.
    • At least one year of work experience in operations, print production, or a similar field.
    • Experience with print software is a plus—you’ll put those skills to good use.

    05 ** Salary Range & Benefits **The full range for this non-exempt/hourly position is $19.52 - $28.32. The typical hiring range is $21- $24/hour. Job offers within the range are based on relevant job qualifications and pay equity.
