    Job Description

    The Opportunity

    Product Specialist – Data & Measurement will be a key member of Cint’s growing Data Solutions business, supporting both the sales and execution of advanced data-driven offerings including data connectivity, enrichment, identity resolution, and collaboration solutions. This is a cross-functional, consultative role supporting Account Managers, Business Development, and clients across multiple verticals in the Americas region.

    The ideal candidate has experience in at least one of the following areas: market research, advertising technology, data connectivity or clean rooms, identity resolution, data collaboration or licensing, or audience enrichment. This individual should be a strategic thinker and trusted advisor—comfortable simplifying complex technical concepts, enabling internal teams, and engaging externally in client-facing discussions.

    This role is highly collaborative, requiring close partnership with cross-functional teams to develop tailored client solutions, drive education internally, and ensure flawless delivery.     What You Will Do

    Sales & Revenue Support

    • Partner with Account Managers and Business Development to qualify, scope, and close Data & Measurement opportunities

    • Manage a shared Data Solutions pipeline and contribute to team-based revenue growth

    • Provide consultative support during RFP and pitch processes

    • Conduct proactive outreach to existing clients during or after project execution to identify expansion or upsell opportunities

    Internal Enablement & Strategy

    • Train and mentor Account and Business Development teams on Data Solutions capabilities and use cases

    • Lead strategy and knowledge-sharing sessions to keep internal teams informed and equipped
      Translate complex technical offerings into clear, client-ready language

    Client Strategy & Growth

    • Analyze client portfolios with AMs to identify high-potential Data Solutions opportunities

    • Participate in client meetings to help shape strategy, pitch solutions, and build trust

    • Review and refine SOWs, proposals, and implementations to ensure feasibility and fit

    Project Oversight & Execution Support

    • Serve as the internal point of contact during project execution for Data Solutions initiatives

    • Liaise with Operations to ensure successful and timely delivery

    • Provide consultative support throughout the lifecycle of complex programs

    • Assist Account Managers and Project Managers in resolving issues as needed

  • Qualifications

    What We Are Looking For

    • 4+ years of experience in a related field: market research, advertising technology, data platforms, or identity-based solutions
      Proven expertise in at least one of the following: market research, advertising technology, data connectivity or clean rooms, identity resolution, data collaboration or licensing, or audience enrichment

    • Experience in a client-facing, consultative role across both sales and delivery

    • Track record of being a trusted internal and external expert

    • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills

    • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

    • Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Excel

    Bonus Points If You Have

    • BA/BS degree preferred

    • Working knowledge of SQL for querying data or validating integrations

    • Experience with Python for data manipulation or prototyping
      Familiarity with data clean rooms (e.g., Habu, InfoSum, Snowflake Native Apps) or privacy-safe environments

    • Understanding of privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on data usage

    • Experience with API integrations or technical specifications for data onboarding and delivery

    • Prior involvement with data enrichment workflows or audience activation platforms (e.g., LiveRamp, The Trade Desk, Lotame)

    Additional Information

    Anticipated Salary Range (US Only):

    The anticipated pay range for this role is $67,000 to $72,000 annual base salary with on target annual commission of $25,000 to $32,000. This position is also eligible for the following benefits:
