In this role, you'll become an expert on our cutting-edge payment solutions—from sleek credit card terminals to powerful point-of-sale systems, virtual gateways, and mobile payment apps. You'll lead live Zoom demonstrations, helping merchants see exactly how our technology can simplify their operations and boost their sales. No previous experience in payments? No problem. We’ll provide hands-on training so you’re fully equipped to confidently present our products and answer any questions. Responsibilities: What You'll Do: As a Product Specialist, you'll be at the intersection of product expertise, sales enablement, and customer education. Your role will include: • Become a Product Champion: Dive deep into our suite of payment solutions and stay current on new features and updates, so you're always ready to speak confidently and knowledgeably. • Empower the Sales Team: Be the go-to resource for product insights, helping our sales agents effectively present our technology and close more deals. • Educate & Inspire: Lead live product demos and presentations, turning complex technical features into clear, compelling benefits for potential merchants. • Own Technical Q &A: Handle incoming product-related questions from both sales reps and prospective merchants, ensuring accurate and timely support. • Customize Solutions: Listen closely to merchant needs and recommend tailored configurations that align with their goals and workflows. • Shape Sales Strategy: Share feedback from the field to help refine our sales messaging, materials, and product positioning. • Manage Training Content: Use your WordPress skills to keep our internal training site updated with fresh, useful product content for the team. Qualifications: What We're Looking For: We’re seeking someone who brings both a tech-savvy and a people-first mindset.
