About the role:
Product & Success Specialists at Courted work hand-in-hand with our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Account Executives to help customers reach their goals. They will help execute on the overall customer strategy by answering customer questions, quickly unblocking them as they work in Courted, and ensuring all customers are engaged.
The Product & Success Specialist role is highly cross-functional, collaborating closely with our Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering teams. You are on the front lines when it comes to our customers' experience and how we can improve it. Each day will be dynamic and different, interfacing with many different companies, people, and challenges. It's a role that's designed to equip you with deep knowledge of our customers and our product which will set you up for success in careers within our CS, Sales, and Product teams.
About you:
You are passionate about solving customers' problems and helping them succeed. You are inquisitive and can deeply understand a customer's business, pain points, and growth aspirations. You are a natural teacher and can clearly communicate both how a product works, and how it is valuable. You are exceptionally organized and can roll up your sleeves and get things done without sacrificing quality. You enjoy building relationships with customers and helping them grow their business.

Salary Range: $65,000-$80,000

This salary range represents the minimum and maximum for this role based in New York, NY. The salary given for this position depends on multiple factors, including years of experience, interview performance, and anticipated responsibilities of the role. Base salary is one component of Courted's competitive total package, which also includes equity, retirement savings and premium health and wellness benefits.
