Quality and Reporting: Maintain quality and productivity standards, accurately report shop floor data to team leads, and follow visual/written instructions.
Housekeeping and Safety: Maintain equipment, clean work areas daily, and adhere to plant safety rules and regulations.
Qualifications: Prior assembly experience in manufacturing, good attendance and punctuality, ability to pass drug screen and background check.
Physical Requirements: Ability to wear safety gear (steel-toe shoes, safety glasses) and perform tasks requiring good dexterity.
