Job Description

Indmar Marine Engines is looking for a dependable, quality-focused team player to join our Production department.

Assemblers are responsible for assembling various parts and components onto gasoline-powered marine engines within a particular time-frame. Basic mechanical skills are required and must have working knowledge of hand tools and power tools; candidates without these requirements will not be considered. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. This is a fast-paced work environment which requires great attention to detail. Candidate must have reliable transporation and a valid driver's license. If selected, must complete pre-employment screenings which include a drug and background check. Punctuality and good attendance are crucial to success in this position

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Previous assembly experience is desired.
• Working knowledge of hand tools, power tools and air tools are required.
• Basic mechanical skills are required.
• Must be able to work at a fast pace with high attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Candidate must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Additional Information

This full-time Assembler position offers a starting rate of $17.00/hr with a great daytime schedule. Benefits include health insurance, paid holidays, paid time off and a retirement savings plan with a company match. Work hours are 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Thursday. Eligible for a $40.00 weekly attendance bonus.
