Roasting Facility Staff duties include:

Weighing and Sealing Coffee Bags

Folding and Packing Boxes

Sealing and labeling packages for shipment

Order fulfillment and processing

Paperwork processing

Warehouse cleaning including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, etc…

Stickering bags

And other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Ability to drive a large van safely

Valid driver's license

Clean driving record

Applicants will need to be able to stand for 6 to 8 hours a day and will need to be able to safely lift at least 60 pounds

A team player with a positive attitude

Ability to work Monday-Thursday

Ability to operate a forklift

Preferred Qualifications

Specialty coffee experience

Delivery driver experience

Forklift experience or certification

General computer skills

Shopify Merchant experience

Willingness to grow into role
