Our Ideal Candidate
We are seeking an on-site, motivated Production Associate 1 for our Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, location. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, be willing to learn and grow, be dependable, and come in each day with a positive attitude and desire to get things done!
Responsibilities
Assist with the manufacturing process in areas as needed
Operate machines, tools and equipment as needed in the production process
Assemble products according to specifications and that meet company standards with guidance and direction from a Production Associate 2 or 3, Production Lead or Supervisor
Perform quality checks on output completed
Package finished goods for shipping
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
Ability to work in a variety of roles both independently and as part of a team
Adhere to safety guidelines
Work efficiently
Meet company production standards with limited supervision
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to listen, understand and follow directions
Previous production experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
Good hand/eye dexterity
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
