Job Summary:  The job of the Production Capacity Planner is to coordinate production planning and work schedules for manufacturing using Microsoft Suite and ERP System. The Production Capacity Planner will maintain manufacturing databases and ERP system as related to production. The Production Capacity Planner is responsible for updating and maintaining spreadsheets, coordinates manufacturing needs within the Operations Department, assists on company projects, and schedules with multiple department inputs. They are also responsible for creating and maintaining data within the ERP System. The Production Capacity Planner reports directly to the Capacity Planning Supervisor.

Work Activities/Responsibilities

· Use X3 (ERP system) for production planning and scheduling

· Production planning and coordination of work schedule for on-site Manufacturing

· Effectively coordinate material transactions within the Operations Group

· Establish and maintain open effective communications with QA, QC and Manufacturing

· Assist with Sales forecast to determine future planning requirements

· Analyze Production data and Sales/use data to forecast

· Participate and create project build timelines

· Follow through with NCR and DEF notes

 Monday through Friday 8:00 to 4:30 or 8:30 to 5:00. 

Minimum Qualifications

· B.A./B.S. + 1 years experience in a regulated industry (ISO/FDA/GMP) in Life Science, Technical or Business Preferred or

· Associates Degree + 2 years experience in a regulated industry (ISO/FDA/GMP) or

· High School Diploma or equivalent + 3 years experience in a regulated industry (ISO/FDA/GMP)3+ years of experience working in ERP Systems
