We are looking for a dynamic individual who has a genuine interest in working in a manufacturing environment, producing custom orders to specification in order to further support the growth of our team. This position reports to the VP of Operations and your responsibilities will include:

Produce Aluvision frames & doors based on specification via our innovative processes

Clean, Velcro and package aluminum profiles

Picking orders accurately based on pick list

Prepare cardboard packages to ship via FedEx or other carriers

Initial preparation of orders on pallets in preparation of final QC and packaging

Maintain a clean work station

Support in the building of simple pallets and one way shipping crates

The ideal Production Employee will possess:

Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or familiarity with assembly tools and equipment: power tools, drill presses, measuring devices

Ability to handle physical workload (lift up to 50 lbs.) and stand for long periods of time

Ability to operate a scissor lift, electric pallet jack and/or sit down forklift

Willingness to cross train in multiple areas of production

Ability to work well in teams, strong work-ethic

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
