    Job Description:

    Summary:

    As a member of the production team, you play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our production processes and assembly lines and performing various tasks related to product assembly, quality control, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Assembly:
    • Operate machinery and equipment necessary for the packaging process.

    • Package components according to specifications.

    • Follow processes to accurately and efficiently assemble, box, package and complete production of products.

    1. Quality Control:
    • Inspect products for defects or issues and make necessary adjustments.

    • Follow quality control standards to maintain product integrity and consistency.

    • Notify supervisors and other team members of any defects discovered and be an advocate for quality.

    1. Machine Operations:
    • Be able to operate and troubleshoot automated production and/or packaging equipment
    • Be able to perform basic/core equipment maintenance
    1. Packaging and Labeling:
    • Properly package finished products for shipment, ensuring they are correctly labeled.

    • Maintain accurate records of product quantities and packaging materials used.

    1. Safety and Compliance:
    • Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents or injuries.

    • Comply with company policies and procedures at all times.

    • Be an advocate for Compliance and Notify supervisors of any potential Safety or Compliance concerns promptly.

    1. Teamwork:
    • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to meet production targets, deadlines, maintenance, quality and safety requirements.

    • Assist in training new employees as needed.

    1. Maintenance:
    • Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
    • Be able to perform basic equipment maintenance

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced, positive, team-oriented setting

    • Strong attention to detail and quality

    • Good communication skills

    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes

    • Commitment to safety and compliance

    • Able to become forklift certified

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

    • Mechanical aptitude.

    Physical Demands:

    • Ability to stand throughout the workday

    • Able to lift up to 50lbs

    • Able to move quickly as needed

    • Able to bend, squat, reach, lift, and twist

    • Must be able to hear changes in sounds in equipment to identify issues and respond accordingly
