Production Laborer-1st Shift
North Charleston, SC
$17 to 20 an hour+overtime

Primary Job Responsibilities

• The production laborer is responsible for assisting with general production needs in accordance with their designated manufacturing areas.
• Ensures work areas are clean and clear of debris and scrap material, placed in proper receptacles
• Assists with general production labor needs such as
  • Grinding or deburring parts
  • Punching cut parts out of sheet metal
  • Placing and organizing punch parts onto pallets
  • Moving material using pallet jack and/or forklift to appropriate work areas
  • Operating the PEM inserter machine
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to work effectively with limited to no supervision
• Experience in warehouse environment preferred
• Excellent time management skills • Willingness to adapt and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to Lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand and Bend frequently without issue
• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled production environment
