DIRECT HIRE | PRODUCTION MANAGER | SOUTHEAST KANSAS

A global leader in industrial solutions seeks a Production Manager to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations in Southeast Kansas. This role leads hourly associates to meet strategic objectives in a fast-paced, continuous improvement environment.

Anticipated Pay/Benefits:

• Salary: $80K–$90K
• Benefits: Insurance, 401K, PTO
• Schedule: M–F, standard hours, onsite
• Pittsburgh/Parsons, KS area

Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate production activities to meet company KPIs.
• Lead hourly associates in a continuous improvement environment.
• Plan production schedules, prioritize tasks, and manage resources (manpower, equipment).
• Collaborate with procurement, maintenance, and quality control to optimize operations.
• Analyze reports to identify and resolve production/quality issues.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or 6 months to 1 year of production management experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, prints, and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
