The Production Manager should have a background as an engineer with general knowledge of manufacturing.

Job Title: Production Manager

Experience: 3+ years Manufacturing experience, 3+ years of Management experience, Medical Device industry is preferred

Location: Irvine, CA

Job Type: Full Time, 100% In-House

Salary: $28 - $36

Position Responsibilities

Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other industry standards.

Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 13485 and FDA Quality System Regulation (QSR).

Proficiency in LEAN manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

Experience with production planning software.

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Project management skillsets

Research, document, organize, prepare, and present the materials for internal knowledge transfer

Manage product development and processes

Prepares plans, and schedules, and manages projects.

Vendor and client management

Basic Qualifications:

B.S. degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, Industrial

Medical Device Manufacturing is a plus

3+ years of client management

3+ years of design and development

Oral and written communication skills

Vendor relations is a plus
