    Position Overview: Cultivate lasting client relationships while overseeing the successful completion of landscape projects. The Production Manager will be responsible for managing 4-5 crews and driving the successful completion of landscape maintenance and enhancement projects. This role involves coordinating with clients, leading field crews, and ensuring the highest quality of service while maximizing efficiency and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of landscape operations, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Project Management: Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of landscape maintenance and enhancement projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
    • Crew Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of 4-5 crews, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
    • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the highest quality of workmanship and adherence to company standards.
    • Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity and cost-effectiveness.
    • Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
    • Budget Management: Monitor and manage project budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings and ensuring profitability.
    • Software Proficiency: Utilize Aspire software to manage project data, track progress, and generate reports.

    Qualifications

    • Education: A bachelor's degree in horticulture, landscape architecture, or a related field is preferred but not required.
    • Experience: 5+ years of experience in landscape management, operations, or a related role. Proven track record in project management and leadership.
    • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Aspire software.
    • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of landscape construction practices, plant materials, irrigation systems, and industry standards.
    • Other: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
