    Job Summary: The Production Manager oversees all aspects of video production at their assigned campus or venues, ensuring a high-quality and seamless visual experience for live services, events, and broadcasts. This role involves managing a team of volunteers, maintaining production equipment, and collaborating with worship and ministry leaders to enhance the church’s visual storytelling.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist in directing the technical aspects of services and other productions • Ensure that services run smoothly and are of good production quality (1 Corinthians 14:40) • Assist in overseeing the production process at assigned campuses or venue • Test equipment in order to ensure proper operation. • Determine the resources required at campus assigned including both material and personnel • Be proactive in problem solving Production issues • Good leadership techniques to effectively lead, develop, and motivate a team (1 Peter 4:10) • Reliable, flexible and team oriented; able to work with a wide variety of people and groups • Act as liaison between different ministry leaders and the Director and Sr. Director of Production (Colossians 4:6) • Proficient on MAC and PC • Know and effectively use Microsoft Office Suite and ProPresenter • Maintain a flexible spirit in order to change task quickly at the Director’s discretion • Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed • Supervise and motivate production volunteers (Proverbs 11:14) • Identify each volunteer’s specific training needs, complete the training, as well as assign duties in the technical control and production of services • Other Duties as assigned by supervisor

    Job Skills and Competencies: • Excellent grammar and proofreading skills • Manage time and schedules well and meet deadlines consistently. Capable of handling several tasks at once and following through (Proverbs 16:3) • Great communication skills – verbal and written • Creative, conceptual thinker, able to see ideas through to completion with little supervision or direction while managing time schedules in a rapidly changing environment
