PRODUCTION
SUMMARY
Responsible for developing Taking projects from sale to completion with complete customer and employee satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Review all trade contractor specifications and tee them up for the work
-Conduct on-site measuring and walkthroughs with trade contractors as need
-Upon Salesperson selling the project, run a handoff meeting to officially switch project to the production department -Schedule Pre-con meetings with lead carpenters and homeowner and run the meetings to prep the customer on what's to come -Work from the office to support field staff as needed. -Focus time on schedule and finances of the projects -Review all purchases for the projects along the way and compare to budget -Issue invoices to customers along the way at specific milestones -Work with production team as needed to write up and create change orders for customer
Interact with field staff to provide technical direction and support, as well as to resolve questions and issues as they arise.
The duties are not limited to the information listed above, additional work and responsibilities may be required to be completed as part of normal duties of the job. -Schedule and attend weekly meetings onsite with customer and Lead carpenter
-Assist with permit submission as needed

Strong Construction background, well versed in residential construction.
