    As a Production Manager at Flexpak, you will be at the forefront of our daily production operations, ensuring our high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency are met. You’ll lead and inspire a talented team, driving performance and creating a positive, customer-centric culture. Your expertise will ensure seamless production processes, helping us maintain our reputation for delivering superior packaging solutions to our valued clients. Responsibilities: • Provide leadership: Lead by setting clear expectations, offering guidance, and ensuring your team meets production goals while maintaining customer satisfaction. • Set high standards: Establish and maintain standards for performance, appearance, and customer service, fostering a culture of excellence. • Monitor performance: Track and report daily KPIs to management, using data to drive improvements and ensure production targets are achieved. • Ensure safety: Oversee compliance with OSHA standards, maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. • Preventative maintenance: Implement and manage an accurate preventative maintenance program for production equipment. • Team development: Evaluate team performance, offering coaching, feedback, and guidance to support continuous improvement. • Drive efficiency: Identify opportunities for process improvements, ensuring adherence to production procedures. • Inventory management: Ensure compliance with inventory protocols, including material transfers and bin locations. • Quality assurance: Maintain quality standards for all projects, conducting QA inspections. • Production scheduling: Build and manage daily production schedules, coordinating staff and resources to meet project deadlines. • Team training: Instruct and train employees on new projects and procedures, promoting skill development and growth. • Monitor machine rates: Ensure machine rates are optimized to meet production efficiency goals and adjust operations as necessary to improve output. Qualifications: • Proven leadership experience in a production environment. • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • A demonstrated ability to lead teams and work well under pressure. • Bilingual in Spanish and English is not required, but it is a plus. Compensation: $80,000 to $95,000, plus incentives based on performance and production goals
