    Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our shop’s daily operations, manage the production schedule, and ensure timely delivery of vehicle upfits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive production, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervision & Leadership: Manage and lead the production schedule, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among staff.
    • Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing workflow and resource allocation.
    • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of parts and materials, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely availability.
    • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements, implementing best practices in production.
    • Staging and Material Handling: Develop a system to receive product and stage for upcoming projects.
    • Customer Liaison: Work closely with customers to communicate scheduling, drop-offs, and pick-ups.
    • Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and management, monitoring production costs to ensure profitability.
    • Reporting: Generate and analyze production reports, providing insights and recommendations to upper management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Automotive Technology, or a related field (preferred).
    • 3+ years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the automotive industry.
    • Strong knowledge of vehicle upgrades, modifications, and performance enhancements.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in production management software and tools.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
