Duties:

• Lead and manage the production team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
• Implement and maintain safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and meet quality standards.
• Develop and mentor team members to promote professional growth and enhance overall team performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to align production schedules, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• 3+ years of Manufacturing Leadership experience
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, including cutting, welding, and light fabrication operations
• Experience with Building Materials industry is a plus
• Experience with inventory management and logistics is a plus
