    As the Production Manager, you'll be at the forefront of a rapidly growing industry with tremendous opportunities for career advancement. In this dynamic role, you'll lead high-impact restoration projects, from water damage recovery to full property restorations, ensuring top-quality execution and client satisfaction.     Total compensation for this position will vary based on multiple factors but will be a comprehensive package that will include base + bonus + benefits.

    Responsibilities

    · Exceed targets for quality ratings and customer satisfaction.

    · Meet or surpass COGS and Direct Labor goals.

    · Write estimates, issue invoices, and collect payments.

    · Ensure adequate production capacity through proper staffing, equipment, and supplies.

    · Schedule and coordinate technicians, laborers, subcontractors, and jobs for maximum efficiency.

    · Manage inspections and obtain necessary permits.

    · Maintain inventory levels of supplies.

    · Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and releasing technicians.

    · Complete punch lists with customers and secure satisfaction certificates.

    · Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards on all job sites.

    Minimum qualifications:

    · High school diploma or GED.

    · 5 years of experience in the restoration, construction or related industry.

    · Experience managing crews and subcontractors.

    · Experience with client relationship management.

    · Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.

    · Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

    Preferred qualifications:

    · Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, or a related field.

    · Proven leadership experience managing crews and subcontractors in field operations.

    · Strong understanding of restoration processes, including water, fire, smoke damage, and mold remediation.

    · Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

    · Proficiency in writing estimates using software like Xactimate and Encircle.

    · Texas Mold certification, OHSA certification, IICRC certifications.

    · Fluent in Spanish.
