Production Manager - Manufacturing - Base Salary to 85k/year - Dorchester, WI

• Our client, a premier manufacturing company known for its high-quality products and strong, positive workplace culture, is looking for a dedicated Production Manager to join their team.
• The Production Manager will support the Plant Manager in ensuring efficient manufacturing operations, maintaining quality and safety standards, and leading the team to achieve production goals and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Plant Manager in overseeing daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Lead, mentor, and develop production teams to meet performance and productivity goals.
• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor production schedules, workflow, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to minimize downtime and maintain product standards.
• Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and implement improvements to drive operational excellence.
• Manage inventory, materials, and equipment to ensure seamless production flow.
• Participate in budgeting and cost control efforts to enhance profitability.
• Foster a positive and team-oriented work environment while promoting company values and goals.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of manufacturing leadership or production management experience
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement
• Experience with safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams
