Qualifications: • Industry Experience: Proven leadership in a production environment, preferably within the packaging or corrugated packaging industry. • Technical Expertise: Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Organizational Strength: Ability to manage time and resources effectively in a fast-paced setting. • Heavy Equipment Knowledge: Background in heavy equipment or corrugated manufacturing is highly desirable. • Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus but not required. • Leadership Qualities: Strong ability to inspire and lead teams to success under pressure. Compensation: $80,000-$95,000
