    Summary of Responsibilities

    As the Production Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-end residential remodeling projects averaging $250,000+. Overseeing 6-12 concurrent projects, you’ll lead a team of project managers, carpenters, and subcontractors while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll collaborate closely with our design and sales teams to create exceptional client experiences, all while driving efficiency, profitability, and team success in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    Essential Functions

    • Lead and develop project management team
    • Drive project efficiency and schedule adherence
    • Maintain strong relationships with trade partners
    • Implement and oversee production systems and processes
    • Ensure consistent quality standards across all projects
    • Monitor and maintain project documentation in Builder Trend
    • Collaborate with design team and sales on project planning
    • Support company growth initiatives

    Education, Experience, and Skills Required

    • 5+ years of residential construction management experience
    • Proven track record managing high-end residential projects
    • Strong leadership and team development skills
    • Experience with project management software (Builder Trend preferred)
    • Outstanding communication and client relations abilities
    • Systems and process-oriented mindset
    • EOS/Traction experience preferred

    Compensation 

    • Base salary $95,000-$100,000
    • Performance-based quarterly bonus potential
