Phoenix Storm Restoration is looking for a part-time Production Manager to oversee material ordering, scheduling, and job completion for our roofing projects. Position Overview: The Production Manager plays a vital role in ensuring smooth job execution by managing material procurement, coordinating install schedules, adjusting for weather conditions, obtaining permits & contractor registrations, and verifying job completion. This position requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to communicate effectively with crews, homeowners, and internal teams. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:Order and track materials to ensure timely delivery for scheduled jobs. • Schedule roofing installations and coordinate with crews and customers. • Monitor weather conditions and reschedule installs as needed to protect the integrity of projects. • Obtain building permits and contractor registrations as required for each project. • Communicate supply chain updates and material delays to internal teams and adjust schedules accordingly. • Coordinate material deliveries and ensure crews have what they need before job start. • Verify job production to ensure quality standards are met. • Advance jobs through each phase to efficiently close out projects. • Communicate with sales teams, crews, and customers regarding scheduling updates and job progress. • Troubleshoot production challenges such as material delays, crew availability, and unforeseen job-site issues. • Ensure safety and compliance with industry regulations and best practices. Qualifications: • Experience in production coordination, project management, or roofing/construction preferred. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in computer systems and project management software (e.g., AccuLynx, CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and scheduling platforms). • Ability to handle multiple projects and adjust schedules efficiently. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multiple teams. • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing conditions. • Experience with job tracking and documentation software (preferred but not required). Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly
