We’re seeking an experienced Operations Leader to oversee and optimize production across
multiple sites within a high-tech manufacturing environment. This role ensures efficient, cost-
effective operations while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate
will have a background in CNC machining, process reliability, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations across multiple shifts, ensuring seamless
production flow and adherence to deadlines.
• Oversee production planning, workforce allocation, and efficiency initiatives to maintain
on-time delivery and meet company objectives.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement through hands-on
leadership and structured process optimization.
• Guide and develop supervisors and team leads, ensuring a skilled and high-performing
workforce.
• Drive operational excellence through Lean methodologies, including 5S, root cause
analysis, and process reliability strategies.
• Monitor operational budgets, control costs, and drive productivity improvements to
enhance overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and leadership teams to resolve
manufacturing challenges and implement best practices.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems for data analysis, reporting, and process improvements.

What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (equivalent experience will be considered).
• Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing leadership, preferably in high-mix, high-volume
assembly.
• Strong experience in CNC machining and automated manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement
methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of implementing process
improvements.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing teams across multiple shifts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
